Friday 4th September from 10am to 1pm Connection and sound Rhythmics in arts therapy Artistic expression is one of the main points of Rhythmics as well as of Transdisciplinary Arts Therapy. It connects us to a unique part of ourselves which helps us to focus, to get to know ourselves better, to create new solutions for old conflicts and exploit our most healthy potential. Rhythmics offers us extremely rich resources for exploring our creativity and reclaim our playful nature. Arts Therapy on the other hand accompanies us in the process of giving deeper meaning to what we create, thus allowing us to not only being creative but also being creators of ourselves. This workshop wants to offer experiences of how we can question and, why not, also challenge the place from which we relate to others through improvisation with the body, the voice and pictures. |
